TERESA ROBERTS, Services Manager
Teresa Roberts joined the Caldwell Police Department in 2003. She was promoted to Services Manager in 2006. She grew up in the Treasure Valley and attended Boise State University, earning her Bachelor’s degree in History. Ms. Roberts currently supervises 10 community service officers ranging in jobs from records to evidence. The Records department at the Caldwell Police Department houses all city police reports. These reports are kept for a five year period, unless the report was a felony or has an attached warrant. Any misdemeanor or traffic reports are destroyed after five years and are no longer accessible. With a primary focus in records management, the records department also utilizes their community service officers for additional projects in different divisions including victim/witness, crime analysis and crime prevention.
