Traffic Accident Reports
To request a copy of a traffic accident, complete a Request for Public Records form. If the accident report number is unknown, please note the vehicle description, location, date, and time of the accident. There is no charge for accident reports under 20 pages in legnth. Accident photographs may be requested and cost $1.00 per page, 4 photos per page. You may fax or mail the request. Pick up the copy:

Bring photo identification and payment in cash
Traffic Accident reports are typically available upon request. Photographs may take 3 to 5 days to process and payment is due upon request.

The Caldwell Police recommend the registration of bicycles. The Bicycle Registration form is available online or at the CPD. Please forward the completed form to the Records office at the contact address listed above.
