The goal of the Caldwell Police Department Victim/Witness Program is to create a community that has the knowledge and resources to end domestic violence and that responds to domestic violence, when it does occur, in a caring and supportive way. Also, to ensure victims and witnesses of crimes are treated fairly, their privacy is respected, and that they are treated with dignity and respect.
