If you have received service from a Caldwell Police officer or non-sworn employee that has gone beyond the expected, and you would like to have this employee recognized for their work, we would like to hear from you. You can submit a commendation for Caldwell Police officers and non-sworn employees in one of the following ways:
1. Online Commendation Form.
2. In written form to the Office of Chris Allgood, Chief of Police, 110 5th Avenue South, Caldwell, ID 83605
3. By calling the employee’s supervisor. Supervisors can be reached by calling (208) 455-3115, or (208) 455-3118.
Please include all the information you can remember such as: employee’s name, the date of service, the time, and circumstances of the incident involving the service of the officer or non-sworn employee.
The employee, his/her supervisor and the Police Chief will be notified of your commendation. A copy of the commendation will be placed in the employee’s personnel file.
