Repeat Offender Identifications

Through experience we have learned that a small number of individuals are responsible for a large amount of the crime that occurs in our city. For that reason the Caldwell Police Department has developed a Repeat Offender Program (R.O.P.). The department has a detective assigned to identify these people and maintain current information on their activities. This detective coordinates with other agencies such as the courts and probation and parole to make sure that everyone encountering these individuals are aware of their status.
